1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Autril (the “Service”), operated by Autril. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Autril is

Autril is an informational tool that scans used-car listings from third-party sources, compares them to recent comparable listings, and flags cars that appear to be priced below market (the “spread”).

Autril is not a car dealer, broker, auction house, lender, or financial advisor, and provides no financial, investment, or purchasing advice. Market estimates and spreads are approximations derived from comparable listings and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Always independently verify a vehicle, its title, its condition, and its price, and inspect before you buy. Autril is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by eBay or any other marketplace.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your password secure, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

Autril offers a Free plan and a Premium plan ($20/month or $100/year). New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial; a payment method is required to start it, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to paid and your card is charged.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, or at our discretion, payments are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute data from the Service; attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or misuse alerts or other features.

7. Third-party listings & data

Listings, prices, photos, and vehicle details are provided by third parties (such as eBay and dealer inventory providers). We do not control this content and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. Any transaction you enter into is solely between you and the seller.

8. No warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or that any car flagged will be a good purchase or produce a profit.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autril will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make using the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
